definitely a starting point for any curry enthusiasts. It gives
a lot of information on spices and popular dishes. The current

see more information on individual spices and herbs and how they
are traditionally prepared in an Idian home. proportions etc.

What a great website!
I used to cook curry every weekend from a famous menu book but
the book has that many curry stains on it, its beyond use. I haven't
cooked fresh curry for a while but now I have found this site
I am already making a list of spices I need! Very easy site to
use and photos show how the dish should look when its cooked,
mine always taste good but never that pleasing on the eye, thats
why I sell bikes for a living!!
