3 tablespoons oil
2 onions
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
3/4 tomotoes
green chillies
2 tablespoons fresh corriander
1 teaspoon dried corriander
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon tumeic powder
water

 
                     
 
 

1) Stir fry onions in oil until golden brown, blend garlic, ginger, tomotoes, and chillies and add this mixture to the onions.
2)Add salt and remaining spices and cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
3) Add your vegtables, or chicken or meat etc and cook until meat/chicken/vegetable is tender
4) Add half a cup of water and garnish with corriander and cook for several more minutes.
