skinless chicken, and cubed
1/2 teaspoon black mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon onion seeds
1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon tumeric powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh ginger , chopped
4 garlic cloves , chopped
5 tablespoons oil
5 fresh green chilies , chopped
2 medium onions , sliced
1 large tomato , sliced

1. Mix
seeds, salt, red chilli powder, ginger and garlic in a small bowl and
then heat the oil in a preheated wok.
2. When oil is hot, add spices.
3. Add the onion to wok and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
4. Add tomato and chicken to wok and cook over medium heat for about
7 minutes or until chicken is cooked stir mixture over heat for a further
3-5 minutes, then garnish with coriander.
