1 lb Boneless chicken breast (cut into small bite size pieces)
1 cup Plain flour
1/2 cup Self rising flour
1 tbsp Black pepper
Salt (adjust to taste
Red pepper (to be spicy) (optional)
Garam masala (to be spicy) (optional)
 
                     
 
  1. Add salt and pepper to chicken and add self rising flour, then add about 2 tbsp water and mix well (you should have a thick batter)
2. In a separate bowl add plain flour, salt and pepper
3. Add red pepper (optional) and garam masala (optional)
4. Coat the chicken in the plain flour mixture, one piece at a time
5. Deep fry till golden (about 5 minutes)
6. Serve with ketchup, chutney or hot sauce
