| 1 lb Boneless
chicken breast (cut into small bite size pieces) 1 cup Plain flour 1/2 cup Self rising flour 1 tbsp Black pepper Salt (adjust to taste Red pepper (to be spicy) (optional) Garam masala (to be spicy) (optional) |

| 1. Add salt
and pepper to chicken and add self rising flour, then add about 2 tbsp
water and mix well (you should have a thick batter) 2. In a separate bowl add plain flour, salt and pepper 3. Add red pepper (optional) and garam masala (optional) 4. Coat the chicken in the plain flour mixture, one piece at a time 5. Deep fry till golden (about 5 minutes) 6. Serve with ketchup, chutney or hot sauce |
