3 tablespoons oil
2 medium sized onions, sliced (but not too thin)
medium size chicken
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
8 green chillis
2 midium size tomatoes excluding the pulp and seeds
1 capsicums cut into strips and exclude seeds
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup (optional)
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
 
                     
 
 

1. Heat oil and add onions & saute for 5 minutes.
2. Add chicken & ginger powder, garlic powder and salt, and cook for several minutes until the chicken becomes to turn brown on all sides.
3. Add the red chilli powder, corriander powder and tomatoes & cook until the liquid released from the tomtoes has nearly dried up (usually 5 minutes)
4. A
dd capsicum, soya sauce, ketchup (optional), ground black pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add the fresh corriander and green chillies and allow to cook for a few minutes more
6 . Serve
